Erläuterung

Dab caught in the beam trawl hauls (up to 500 individuals per coastal/offshore assessment area) are inspected for external fish diseases following the ICES TIMES guidelines (TIMES No. 19). Monitoring is carried out by ILVO in the framework of the environmental impact assessment of dredge disposal sites and sand extraction areas in the Belgian part of the North Sea. 8m beam trawl, 22mm mesh. Visual external disease inspection of dab following the ICES TIMES guidelines.
